Daniel brings experience, dedication and precision to each case in which he is involved. He regularly assists clients in litigation related to breach of contract, construction, data security, administrative law and matrimonial causes.

Daniel’s focus in each case is on getting the best and most efficient result for his client, whether that means securing an amicable and advantageous settlement or managing a dispute through trial and appeal. He is a team player and always keeps an open mind in securing the optimal outcome for his client.

Before joining Broderick Bozimo and Company, Daniel worked with the Right to Information Initiative, a non-governmental organisation focused on access to information and open governance.

Daniel graduated with Honours from Abia State University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017. He started practice as an Associate at Justice Forte Chambers.

He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
